1. Listed with the zines description is its price/ weight/ size/ number of pages.
2. Using the order form (or you can very neatly write out your own), list the zines you would like along with their weight. Add up the prices of the zines. That is your Zines Total.
3. Now you need to add on the Postage. Add up all the weights of the zines together, refer to the postal charts (below) and relative to where you live in the world see what cost area the total weight falls into. Do not work out the postage by each individual zines weight, otherwise you'll pay way too much. Then add the Postage to the Zines Total and you will have your Grand Total, which is the total cost of your order.
4. Refer to the next sections to find out how to pay.

I accept well-concealed cash, money orders, Paypal, and cheques made out to 'Kristy Sullivan' not Smitten Kitten. I will also accept direct credit into my bank account. If you'd like to use this method e-mail me and I'll let you know my account details (Australian customers only).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING:
I only accept Paypal. Please use the currency converter table link below to find out how much you need to send me. Type the amount in the left column and select AUD Australian Dollars in the middle column and US Dollars in the right column. Be aware that rates fluctuate daily.

ORDERING VIA PAYPAL:
Paypal is a way of sending money with your debit or credit card using your e-mail address. So if you're lazy with posting out orders, this is the method for you. I get the order almost instantly and it'll get to you much faster. If you haven't already, join up at www.paypal.com and find out more information. Paypal is in US dollars so please convert the currency first before sending it through. Click the link to send me payment or use my e-mail: kristy@smittenkitten.net List the zines you'd like in the "Note" box. Don't forget to include your address. It's really very easy and very convenient, especially if you are ordering from overseas. I highly recommend it.
VERY IMPORTANT
* Please e-mail me if you are unsure of anything and I will help you out. Remember that your order will be delayed if it is miscalculated. Make sure you read all the ordering instructions carefully.
* Try to round your order to an amount where you don't have to send coins in the mail. If you do send coins please put them between a piece of card and tape them firmly inside. Otherwise they will make holes in the envelope and fall out. I do accept stamps as payment, but only for the postage amount, not the zines (Australian stamps only). It is very important that you conceal your cash well as I cannot be responsible for any lost cash in the mail.
* If you do not list alternative zine choices with your order and I am sold out of something you want I will send you a credit note. I'd suggest checking your order against the online catalogue if you can, so you can see out of stock or sold out items. It's usually updated at least once a week.
* Please include your e-mail address with your order so that I can contact you if needed.
* All orders are sent within 1-3 days of me receiving them (unless I'm sick or on holidays - which I'd announce on the website). Click on 'Track Your Order' on the navigational bar to see when I recieved and posted your order.
